Everything you buy from Dubsea is billed by Dubsea LLC. Dubsea LLC uses two Stripe payment accounts: the main Dubsea account for advertising, merchandise, and sponsorships, and the Jamboree account for Dubsea Jamboree tickets and VIP sections. This policy explains which one charges you and how billing works. The main account's configured card statement descriptor is DUBSEA NETWORKS. Banks may shorten a statement name or include transaction details.

2. Prices and currency
- All prices are in U.S. dollars.
- Ticket and VIP section prices are shown as a total that includes every mandatory fee, including the service fee for ticketing and payment processing. The service fee is the same for every payment method. Taxes and optional add-ons are shown before you pay.
- For Dubsea Jamboree 2026, VIP sections cost $1,999 per section and include admission and VIP bracelets for 9 guests. Bottles are not included. Optional bottle add-ons and the bottle types selected are charged separately, with the additional amount shown before you pay.
- Prices may change over time. You pay the price shown when you buy.
3. Taxes
- Sales tax applies to taxable purchases, such as advertising services and merchandise shipped to Washington, and is calculated at checkout or on your invoice.
- Jamboree tickets carry any admission tax the law requires, shown before you pay.
- To claim a tax exemption, give us a valid exemption certificate before you pay.
4. Payment methods and security
- We accept cards and other payment methods offered at checkout through Stripe.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 payment processor. Dubsea never sees or stores your full card number.
- Invoices and payment links for custom advertising proposals are due on receipt.
5. Receipts
We email a receipt for every payment. Ticket receipts include your tickets or a link to them.
6. Refunds at a glance

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and your bank may take extra time to post them. The policies listed in Section 1 control the details.
7. Failed and unrecognized payments
If a payment fails, the order isn't confirmed. If you see a charge from DUBSEA NETWORKS or DUBSEA JAMBOREE that you don't recognize, contact us before contacting your bank.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can fix any problem. If you dispute a charge that our terms don't entitle you to a refund for, we'll give your bank our records. These include your acceptance of our terms, order details, delivery or ticket scan records, and our messages with you. We may cancel unused tickets or decline future orders after a dispute filed in bad faith.
