These terms apply when you leave a tip for Dubsea LLC ("Dubsea," "we," "us," or "our") through dubsea.com/support. By leaving a tip, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.
1. What a tip is
A tip is a voluntary payment to Dubsea LLC, a for-profit company, for content we've already published. Tips aren't charitable gifts, Dubsea isn't a charity or nonprofit, and tips aren't tax-deductible.
2. Nothing else in return
A tip doesn't buy any goods, services, access, perks, or prizes, and it doesn't enter you in any giveaway or contest. Tips don't give you any say over what Dubsea publishes.
3. How tips are used
Tips are business income for Dubsea and may be used for any business purpose, such as producing content and running our channels. We don't collect tips for, or pass them to, artists, creators, or causes.
4. Who can tip
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and use a payment method you're authorized to use. We may decline any tip and may refund any payment we believe is unauthorized or suspicious.
5. Amounts and payment
Tips are one-time payments in U.S. dollars, from $5 to $500 per tip. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and Dubsea never sees or stores your full card number. The configured card statement descriptor is DUBSEA NETWORKS.
6. Receipts
We email a receipt to the address you provide. It confirms your payment; it isn't a tax receipt.
7. Refunds
Tips are non-refundable. If you were charged twice or tipped the wrong amount by mistake, email info@dubsea.com within 30 days with your receipt number, and we'll refund the error.
8. Questions about a charge
Please contact us before disputing a tip with your bank, so we can resolve it quickly.
9. Messages
If you include a message with your tip, we keep it private and don't publish it.
10. Privacy
We use your name, email, and payment details to process your tip, send your receipt, and prevent fraud, as described in our Privacy Policy. Leaving a tip doesn't sign you up for marketing.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you leave a tip applies to that tip.
