Dubsea Jamboree Ticket Terms

These terms apply to tickets for Dubsea Jamboree, an annual festival produced by Dubsea LLC ("Dubsea," "we," "us," or "our"). "Event" means the edition of Dubsea Jamboree your ticket is for, as described on that year's ticket page. Tickets and VIP sections are sold on dubsea.com and charged through Dubsea's Jamboree payment account, so purchases appear as DUBSEA JAMBOREE on card statements. By buying, holding, or using a ticket, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Use, our Billing and Payments Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

The key points

The price shown includes all mandatory fees. Fees are refunded if the Event is canceled, if it is postponed and you request a refund in time, or for a duplicate or mistaken charge, as described below.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds for change of plans, weather, lineup changes, or not attending.
If the Event is canceled and not rescheduled, you get a full refund automatically, including fees.
If the Event is postponed, your ticket works on the new date, or you can request a full refund within 30 days of the announcement.
The Event is photographed and filmed, and attending means you agree to appear in that footage.

1. Buying tickets

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy tickets.
Each individual admission ticket admits one person, one time, for the date and ticket type shown. VIP section guest inclusions are described below.
The ticket page shows the total price per individual ticket or VIP section, including all mandatory fees, such as the service fee for ticketing and payment processing. The service fee is the same for every payment method. Fees are itemized, and taxes and any optional add-ons are shown, before you pay.
Prices may change over time, for example between pricing tiers. You pay the price shown when you buy, and later price changes don't entitle you to a refund or credit.
Per order, GA and VIP are limited to four tickets each, VIP sections to four sections, and group orders to exactly six eligible tickets. We may cancel, with a refund, any order that exceeds these limits, uses automated tools, or appears fraudulent.

2026 ticket pricing and group orders

For Dubsea Jamboree 2026, early bird GA tickets are $55 per person and VIP tickets are $85 per person through October 18, 2026, Pacific Time. Starting October 19, 2026, GA tickets are $65 per person and VIP tickets are $95 per person. These prices include all mandatory fees; taxes and optional add-ons are shown before payment.

The group offer is 10% off eligible orders of exactly six tickets. Qualifying ticket types and full offer details are being confirmed. Any group price displayed as a GA example is calculated from the listed GA price and does not confirm eligibility.

2026 VIP sections and bottle add-ons

For Dubsea Jamboree 2026, VIP sections cost $1,999 per section and include admission and VIP bracelets for 9 guests. The section price does not include bottles. Bottle add-ons are optional and charged separately; the additional charge depends on the bottle and type selected and is shown before you pay. Alcohol service is restricted to guests 21 and over with a valid government-issued photo ID.

2. Your ticket

Tickets arrive by email with a unique QR code. Keep it private and treat it like cash.
Each code works once. If a ticket is copied or shared, only the first person scanned gets in.
Lost tickets can be reissued to the original buyer after we verify identity. Reissuing cancels the old code.
You may give your ticket to someone else, and that person must follow these terms. Tickets from unauthorized resellers may be invalid, and Dubsea isn't responsible for them.
We may cancel tickets used for fraud or in violation of these terms.

3. All sales final

Tickets are non-refundable and can't be exchanged. This includes when you can't attend, change your plans, arrive late, or leave early. It also includes weather, lineup or schedule changes, and being denied entry or removed under Section 5.

The only refunds are those in Section 4, refunds of duplicate or mistaken charges, and any refund Dubsea approves at its sole discretion, which we process manually. Fees are refunded only under Section 4 or for a duplicate or mistaken charge.

4. Cancellation, postponement, and changes

Canceled and not rescheduled: we refund everything you paid for the ticket, including fees, to your original payment method within 30 days of the announcement. You don't need to ask.
Postponed to a new date: your ticket is valid for the new date. If you can't attend, email info@dubsea.com within 30 days of the announcement for a refund of everything you paid, including fees.
Same-day changes: if the start time or venue changes on the same date within the Seattle area, tickets stay valid and no refund is due.
Lineup: performers, schedules, and activities may change or be canceled without a refund.
Weather and safety: the Event happens rain or shine. If it starts but must end early for weather, safety, or other reasons beyond our control, no refund is due.
We're not responsible for travel, lodging, or other costs you incur, even if the Event is canceled or postponed.

5. Entry and conduct

Dubsea Jamboree is All Ages. Bring your ticket. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for alcohol service and entry to designated bar areas, which are restricted to guests 21 and over.
Entry requires security screening and bag checks. The final bag and prohibited-items guidance will be posted in the Event Guide before the Event. Items prohibited by that guidance or venue rules are not allowed.
Re-entry isn't allowed unless the ticket page says otherwise.
We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who breaks these terms, venue rules, or the law, or who puts others at risk, without a refund.
Follow the instructions of staff, security, and venue personnel.

6. Photography and filming

The Event will be photographed, filmed, recorded, and may be livestreamed by Dubsea and its partners. By attending, you give Dubsea a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance as captured at the Event, in any media and for any purpose, including promotion and advertising, without payment.

You may take photos and video for personal, non-commercial use. Professional equipment, commercial recording, and streaming of performances require our written permission.

7. Your safety and assumption of risk

Live events involve risks, including crowds, loud sound that can affect hearing, strobe and flashing lights, weather, and uneven surfaces. You attend voluntarily and accept these risks.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, YOU RELEASE DUBSEA, THE VENUE, AND THEIR PERFORMERS, CONTRACTORS, AND STAFF FROM CLAIMS FOR INJURY, ILLNESS, LOSS, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM ATTENDING, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT CAUSED BY THEIR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT.

We aren't responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

8. Accessibility

We want everyone to enjoy the Event. Email info@dubsea.com at least 7 days before the Event to request an accommodation.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, DUBSEA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A TICKET OR THE EVENT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT TICKET, AND DUBSEA ISN'T LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Payments, purchases at the Event, and disputes

Ticket and VIP section payments are processed securely by Stripe through Dubsea's Jamboree account, and Dubsea never sees or stores your full card number. Please contact us before disputing a charge. If you dispute a charge for a ticket that was used or that these terms don't entitle you to a refund for, we'll give your bank our records, and we may cancel any unused tickets on the order.

Purchases at the Event: merchandise you buy from Dubsea at the Event is charged through Dubsea's main payment account, using the card statement descriptor DUBSEA NETWORKS. Purchases from Dubsea at the Event are final, except that damaged or defective merchandise is exchanged at the merch booth, or by email within 7 days of the Event with your receipt. Purchases from independent vendors are between you and that vendor, under the vendor's own policies.

11. Privacy and messages

We use your information to deliver tickets, check entry, send messages about the Event and your tickets, and prevent fraud, as our Privacy Policy describes. Ticket scans are recorded. We send marketing only if you opt in.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Washington law. Before filing any claim, email info@dubsea.com and give us 30 days to resolve it informally. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts in King County, Washington, and either side may use small claims court.
