These SMS Terms apply to text messages from Dubsea LLC ("Dubsea," "we," "us," or "our"), including marketing messages and one-time verification codes. They're part of our Terms of Use.
1. Messages we send
- Marketing texts: news, offers, event updates, and announcements from Dubsea, sent only to people who opt in.
- Verification codes: one-time codes sent when you verify your phone number on ads.dubsea.com.
2. Consent
By opting in to marketing texts, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Dubsea at the number you provide, which may be sent using automated technology. Consent isn't a condition of any purchase. When you request a verification code, you agree to receive that one-time text.
3. Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's terms also apply.
4. Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any marketing text to stop receiving them. We'll send one message confirming you've opted out, and no more marketing texts after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@dubsea.com. You can also opt out by emailing us.
5. Carriers
Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Privacy
We don't share or sell your mobile number or text-message opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the phone number you provide.
8. Changes
We may change or end our text program. We'll post updates on this page and change the "Last updated" date.
